Elle Fanning and Dakota Fanning were spotted earlier today at the J. Estina SS 2013 presentation in Seoul, South Korea.

 

Elle went for her usually playful look wearing a floral OPENING CEREMONY RESORT 2013 frock styled with pale pink PRADA platform sandals and a blue snake print clutch.

 

I like the addition of the blue clutch with Elle's look because it keeps things interesting and fun which is her personality.

 

Dakota went the girly and flirty route opting for a white lacy NINA RICCI RESORT 2011 frock styled with silver baroques and a mauve clutch. I am glad that she added the clutch which provided the pop of color and kept this look alive.

 

I do love both girls look but my '2012 Tween Fashionista of the Year' Elle Fanning is my favorite. What do you think of both of their looks?

She wore a black EMILIO PUCCI FALL 2012 dress with a side slit and sheer long sleeves & inserts. If this dress looks familiar, that's because Eva Longoria wore last year at Cannes.

 

I thought Kelly looked great but I feel her look is a little dated only because we've seen so much similar looks like this already. I wish she got something from the Pre-Fall or Spring 2013 collections which we are seeing a lot of.

 

Also a pop of color wouldn't have hurt. A big curly Afro and kohl rimmed eyes completed her look. Do you agree?
