 Gwen Stefani was shot by  Annie Leibovitz for the January 2013 issue of Vogue magazine and she is showing off her matador style. On the cover, she is wearing a SAINT LAURENT SPRING 2013 ensemble which consisted of a sequin jacket, a white ruffled blouse, black trousers and felt hat.

“Getting to the studio and not being able to make it happen, but missing out on being at home, missing out on putting the kids down. What’s more important? I felt so guilty. I am letting everyone down in the studio right now; I’m letting down my kids; I’m letting down myself. Because time was so precious. So I didn’t know what the album’s tone would end up being in that kind of state, but it’s really upbeat considering.”

 

Demi Lovato hit the carpet last night in LA at the 2012 "VH1 Divas" at The Shrine Auditorium.

 

She wore a TOPSHOP 3/4 sleeve frock paired with black platform pumps. Demi is very faithful to Topshop. Loose locks, kohl rimmed eyes and nude lips completed her look.

 

I don't like Demi's ghostly make-up and her pumps are to heavy for this dress. Also this look is screaming for a pop of color on the lips. I am not really a fan of Dem's look, she needs a new stylist bad because it's the styling that really messes up her look. I do like this dress though. What do you think of her look?

 

 

 

 

Last night Alicia Keys hit the red carpet and performed at the 2013 BET Honors at the Warner Theatre in Washington, DC.

 

She wore a black asymmetrical neckline CD GREENE dress with leather detailing on the neck paired with COSTUME NATIONAL shoes and JOHN HARDY gold hoops.

 

This is a great dress on Alicia but the styling is a bit boring. I feel like a statement should have been added somewhere to give a boost. Do you agree?

 

Red lips and a slick back do completed her look.

 

 

 

Amy Adams was spotted at the 38th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards held at the InterContinental Hotel yesterday in Century City, California.

 

She took us on a fashion flashback by wearing a lilac ELIE SAAB SPRING 2009 strapless with a lace overlay and sash. CASADEI pumps, TIFFANY & CO. jewelry, a ponytail and glossy lips completed her look.

 

The drop earrings are a bit distracting but they do not take away from her gorgeous look. What do you think?

 

 

 

Taylor Swift brought in the new year performing during the 'New Year's Eve 2013' concert in Times Square on December 31, 2012 in New York City.

 

She wore a IRO red metallic cotton blend sequin biker jacket with black trimming styled with black leather pants and JIMMY CHOO boots. Long tresses with bangs, kohl rimmed eyes and a pink lip color finished up her look.

 

I like how Taylor is giving us a little edge but still feminine. TS loves her red pout but went a different route which was ideal because the pink lips helps balance out the red from the mic and jacket so her look is not over powering. What do you think of her look?

This evening Eva Longoria hit the red carpet at the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Eva's left leg was in competition with Angelina's right leg.

 

She hit the carpet in a black EMILIO PUCCI gown with a long sleeve lace top that had a key hole detail in the front and a open back and a black chiffon skirt with a thigh high split.

 

I don't understand why Eva didn't let the opening of the split flow naturally instead of focusing on having her leg show. I was a bit annoyed going through her images because they all looked about the same.

 

Nonetheless, she did looked beautiful. What do you think about Eva's look?

 

 

 

 

Sienna Miller was also in attendance at the BAFTA Los Angeles 2013 Awards Season Tea Party held at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles yesterday in Los Angeles, California.

Katie Homes hit the red carpet last night in NYC for "12-12-12" a concert benefiting The Robin Hood Relief Fund to aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy presented by Clear Channel Media & Entertainment, The Madison Square Garden Company and The Weinstein Company at Madison Square Garden.

 

She wore a electric blue TOM FORD FALL 2012 velvet sheer long sleeves dress paired with the very popular Tom Ford pad lock pumps. As you can see Katie is wearing a shorter version from what was presented.

 

My only turn off here is the hair. A sleek ponytail or bun, something not so fussy, would have worked so much better. Those long loose curls takes overshadows her look. This is a gorgeous dress and I wanted to like this dress on her but I can't. What do you think?

 

 

 

 

Last night, Angela Bassett made one of her rare appearances on the black carpet at the 2013 National Board Of Review Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

 

She wore a black strapless THEIA FALL 2012 stretch crepe gown with a shimmer insert paired with a black clutch. Her signature short do, kohl rimmed eyes and nude glossy lips completed her amazing look.

 

I am loving how the mature actresses like Angela and Helen Mirren are hitting the red carpet and looking just fabulous. It's hard to believe their age at times because they still got it. What do you think?

She wore a olive long sleeve EMILIO PUCCI RESORT 2013 belted drees with a plunging key hole neckline and V-neck back. Eva Longoria wore a look from this collection last night as well.

 

I am glad that she chose to wear this in olive instead of the black that was presented. What do you think of her look?

 

 

 

Anne Hathaway hit the red carpet this evening at the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

 

She wore a white strapless CHANEL embellished gown with a slight peplum detail. Her signature pixie, berry lips and diamond studs put the finishing touches on her look.

 

The thing I like most about Anne's look is the simplicity of it. She looked gorgeous and kept her accessories at a minimal so the dress can stand out. What do you think?
